  • Understanding communication and behaviours – practical tips for daily communication, responding to behaviour changes, and creating meaningful activities.
  • Personal planning and caregiver resilience – planning ahead, building resilience, and strategies for caregiver self-care.
  • 了解腦退化症與溝通－什麼是腦退化症，它如何影響溝通，以及保持溝通的技巧。
  • 了解溝通與行為－日常溝通、應對行為變化和進行有意義活動的實用小貼士。
  • 個人規劃與照顧者抗逆力－事先規劃、培養抗逆力、照顧者自我照護策略。
